Protected Rhythm Data

Solpath applies one conservative privacy baseline to health-related routine, alarm, Calendar-derived, location-derived, and HealthKit-derived information even when a jurisdiction uses a narrower statutory definition.

Health Data Consent

A separate, purpose-specific, revocable Solpath decision must occur before the first HealthKit query. Apple's HealthKit authorization, a subscription, and other system permissions do not replace this decision.

Storage and recipients

Raw HealthKit data and full-fidelity health derivatives stay on device. Only approved non-health continuity fields may use private iCloud, and only a bounded Companion Projection may move directly to a paired Apple Watch.

Choice and withdrawal

Declining or withdrawing Health Data Consent disables only the affected Health processing. Manual Plus functionality and unaffected Free or paid features remain available.

Rights

A person may request access, correction, recipient information, withdrawal, deletion, and an appeal through Solpath's governed rights process without charge.

Unavailable programs

External Research Studies and the Commercial Insights Program are technically unavailable. Product, analytics, or Health consent cannot enroll a person in either program.
