Location
Solpath supports manual place search, coordinate and timezone fallback, and current location only after explaining the value and receiving a tap. Coordinates are rounded to 2 decimals before storage, extension snapshots, reverse geocoding, or private iCloud sync. Solpath does not store exact location history, recents, raw CLLocation values, or movement trails.
iCloud
Saved places, the active place, and the active selection may sync through the user's private iCloud database by default. Solpath does not require an account or send location to a Solpath backend for V1 rhythm behavior.
Alarms
Daily wake rules may sync through the user's private iCloud database. Actual AlarmKit schedules are created locally on capable devices only after explicit authorization.
HealthKit
HealthKit sleep analysis is optional, read only, and part of Solpath Premium. Solpath converts granted sleep data into compact context for routine previews. Raw HealthKit samples, timelines, sample IDs, source devices, and metadata are not stored in iCloud, sent to a Solpath backend, used for marketing analytics, or used to change scheduled alarms. A compact derived sleep summary may sync through private iCloud only for Apple Watch fallback snapshots.
WeatherKit
WeatherKit is used from the main app on iPhone, iPad, and Mac to create compact weather context for recommendations. Solpath does not persist raw WeatherKit responses or send weather data to a Solpath backend for V1 product behavior. WeatherKit attribution appears on weather surfaces and support copy.
Sharing
Private shared routines use CloudKit sharing for selected people. Shared status includes approved place names, wake windows, wind-down windows, rhythm state, and gentle reactions only. Solpath does not request Contacts permission, upload contacts, share coordinates, share HealthKit or WeatherKit context, share local alarm schedules, or create a public social graph.
Analytics
Solpath-specific analytics are local-only in V1. If enabled in Settings, Solpath keeps daily aggregate counters for broad buckets such as latitude band, season, wake window, wind-down window, weather category, feature area, and subscription tier. Local analytics are retained for 90 days and can be reset. App Store Connect and App Analytics are the only off-device analytics sources; Solpath does not upload custom analytics events to a backend or third-party SDK.
