Solpath support helps users understand setup, subscriptions, Apple permissions, private sharing, and rhythm recommendations.

Setup

For setup help, include the device, operating system version, active place setup method, whether iCloud sync is enabled, and which Solpath surface you are using: iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, widget, Live Activity, or StandBy.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are purchased, restored, managed, and canceled through Apple's App Store. Solpath Free includes previews, Plus unlocks adaptive alarms and Apple-device surfaces, and Premium unlocks HealthKit personalization, nightstand, Mac ambient mode, private sharing, and richer personalization.

Permissions

Solpath may ask for location, AlarmKit, HealthKit, notifications, WeatherKit availability, iCloud, and CloudKit sharing access depending on the feature. If a permission is denied, the app should continue with previews or fallback states where possible.

Privacy controls

Solpath does not require a Solpath account for V1. Local analytics are opt-in, retained for 90 days, and resettable from Settings. Private shared routines do not use Contacts permission or contact upload.
