Location

Solpath supports manual place search, coordinate and timezone fallback, and current location only after explaining the value and receiving a tap. Coordinates are rounded before storage or approved continuity. Solpath does not store exact location history, recents, raw location values, or movement trails.

iCloud

Only fields classified for encrypted private-iCloud continuity may sync through the person's private CloudKit database. Raw HealthKit data, detailed sleep values, Rhythm inputs, and health inferences remain excluded.

Alarms

Approved wake-rule configuration may use private iCloud continuity. Actual AlarmKit schedules are created locally on capable devices only after explicit authorization.

HealthKit

HealthKit sleep analysis is optional, read only, and part of Solpath Plus. Raw samples and full-fidelity health derivatives remain on device. Health Data Consent is separate from Apple's HealthKit authorization and from a paid entitlement.

WeatherKit

WeatherKit creates compact weather context for recommendations. Solpath does not persist raw WeatherKit responses or send weather data to a Solpath backend for personalized clock behavior.

Sharing

Private Circles share only approved objects with selected people. Health-adjacent Achievement sharing remains unavailable until its separate classification and release gates permit an exact, previewed payload.

Analytics

Custom off-device analytics remain disabled until the Analytics Activation Gate passes. Raw HealthKit data, detailed routine or alarm data, Rhythm inputs, location, Calendar content, Circle data, recipients, and social identities never enter product analytics.

Early access

If you request early access, Solpath stores your email, optional name, selected Apple device categories, short use-case response, and consent history in an encrypted first-party intake database. Necessary early-access messages and optional marketing consent are separate. A repository-owned email registry limits every message to an accepted purpose, approved data, canonical copy, and a separate delivery gate. Optional engagement messages remain dormant until their provider, legal, consent, unsubscribe, and sender requirements are approved. Solpath does not add tracking pixels, click redirects, campaign parameters, or recipient engagement analytics to these messages. Records are retained for at most 12 months unless you renew consent, and may be exported, withdrawn, or deleted sooner through a verified link or support request. Vercel hosts the site and operator interface. A dedicated Cloudflare Worker uses D1 for intake records, Email Service for transactional messages, Queues for delivery, and Turnstile for abuse prevention. GitHub authenticates allowlisted operators. Website outreach identity is never linked to iCloud, CloudKit Circles, StoreKit, or app analytics.
